It may happen once the time of your app Google Authenticator is not correctly synchronized.
Follow the steps below to make sure whether the time is correct:
1. Open the main menu in the Google Authenticator app.
2. Tap More"Settings".
3. Tap "Time correction for codes".
4. Tap "Sync now".
5. Time synchronized successfully!




If you can’t find this option in your Google Authenticator, please try to enable the automatic setting of date and time in configurations of your device. If it is already enabled, disable it first, wait a few seconds and re-enable it.
